We deliver engaging, high-value, collaboration workshops that improve work outcomes through employee-led change.
No workshop is the same, because every team is different.
Every workshop aims to gain a better understanding of the problems teams face with younger team members, to share and find a better ways of how to manage, retain, and get the best work from your Gen Z team members.

Why ‘no umbrellas’?

Don’t get us wrong, we love an umbrella (especially in Melbourne when you need to be prepared for ‘four seasons in one day!’) problem is they close you off, stop you interacting with the environment, looking up and seeing the beauty of the day.

Our name comes from the idea of people bringing an “Umbrella to a Brainstorm”. No Umbrellas is about leaving yourself exposed, to being vulnerable and available to new ideas – after all you can’t grow anything without some rainfall.

Flo has first hand experience as a Gen Z team member. Passionate about bringing teams together with charisma, authenticity and genuine interest.
